From 21st July until 31st August 2025, Chelsea Parkfields will be open to guests for Bed & Breakfast and Dinner and Bed & Breakfast stays. Book an unforgettable stay in one of our 22 unique bedrooms. Choose between spacious suites and cosy rooms, each equipped with plush beds, fresh flowers, and serene views. Outside of this period, the estate will be available for exclusive-use bookings as normal.

You don’t have to go far to take advantage of the good weather this summer. In fact, you don’t even have to leave Chelsea Parkfields. Our Georgian-style estate is surrounded by 11 acres of winding gardens and ancient woodlands, offering a peaceful retreat to relax and reconnect with nature.

There’s nothing quite like a summer picnic – and Chelsea Parkfields provides the perfect backdrop for one of these relaxing outdoor feasts. Spread out a blanket and soak up the summer sun on the sprawling lawns of the estate while enjoying delicious food in the fresh countryside air.
