  • Cheddar Cheese & Shallot Tartlets: Perfectly baked, offering a delightful crunch.
  • Mini Apple Crumble & Custard: A sweet end, echoing Herefordshire’s orchard
    heritage.

Conference BBQ menu
Ideal for informal gatherings or summer events but available year-round, grab a taste:

  • Gloucester Old Spot Sausages & Home-made Herefordshire Beef Burgers:
    Grilled to perfection, showcasing the quality of regional meats.
  • Lemon Pesto Salmon: Lightly seasoned and cooked to flaky perfection, offering
    a fresh twist to the BBQ.

help you design delegate packages and catering options to make this more than a corporate venue, but a home-away-from-home. Delegate packages include:

  • Stationery packs, flip charts, projection, and audio equipment

24-Hour delegate package

From £190,00 per person

Includes everything from the day delegate package, plus:

  • Evening meal
    (choice of 3 courses plus coffee)
